From the very first day of the receipt of the article, I had to use it during the then torrential rainy period spanning across a week. To my utter surprise, I got soaked & drenched through droplet-seepage through overhead-clothing. Absolutely useless against rain & a bad-buy at least to fight rain. Ease of opening is there but the closing through pulling down of the hub, is tough & not easy.
Anyway, it’s not at all effective during rainy-spell without any proper-protection!
